The Chocolate Thief

Who is this thief in dark of night
So daring and so bold?
Who pilfers cakes and candy
More valuable than gold!

Who's stealing all my favorite treats
My scrumptious, precious friends
Could it be bad fairies
That cause these bitter ends?

I swear I'm going to catch you
And punish you with glee
The one that steals my Droste
Will have to challenge me

Some things are too sacred
Some acts I can't forgive
I need Verkade to survive
Be warned, if you would live!

I'll shred your wings of gossamer
And put you in a jar
You little Imp, I warn you
THAT'S MY CHOCOLATE BAR!

Beware my wrath, oh fairy thief
For when I hear your hum
I'll demand my chocolate back
In trade for bubble gum!
